Ekebergparken showed itself from its best side when we were there, a hot summer day and a fresh summer breeze at the height seemed cooling. The sounds from the big city were as if turned off and replaced with forest sounds. The museum is also worth a visit, where you can have an interactive experience and actually turn off all the sounds from the city and replace them with natural sounds from the forest and fields.
Many different sculptures of both contemporary and traditional character are scattered around the park among beautiful old trees and nature. A very good choice to bring children and young people, where they will get a fun and enriching experience for the whole family at all levels.
